Introduction to PLE Health

For over 25 years, PLE Health has been delivering trusted, nationwide psychological assessment and therapy services-both face-to-face and remotely. As part of the PLE Group, alongside Psycholegal Experts Limited, we’ve built a reputation for clinical expertise, responsive service, and compassionate care.

Founded in 1999 by Consultant Clinical Psychologist Dr Alison Hoskins, our network now includes over 1,600 experienced clinicians across the UK. Our team includes HCPC-registered Psychologists (Clinical, Counselling, and Occupational) and BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, offering evidence-based support across the lifespan.

What we offer

We provide tailored psychological services to the legal sector (including personal injury claims), healthcare insurers and trusts (for their members), and employers (to support workforce mental well-being). Our team specialise in a wide range of therapies and assessments, including CBT, EMDR, couples and family therapy, neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental assessments (ASD & ADHD).

We also deliver workplace mental health screenings, tailored treatment plans, and group training sessions related to mental health in the workplace.
