Evidence-based psychological treatment
At PLE Health, we deliver evidence-based psychological treatment services tailored to a client’s needs with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and clear goals and outcomes.
All of our psychologists & therapists undergo rigorous onboarding and quality checks.
The treatment process can start in the following ways:
After a careful assessment and formulation by the therapist or psychologist, we collaborate with them to manage the treatment to ensure treatment progress is tracked and delivers measurable success on goals, outcome measures and client satisfaction measures.

Courses and Assessments
In addition to an extensive range of psychological therapies, we also provide:
Our team of Psychologists and Therapists
The majority of our PLE Health Team who conduct psychological therapy are HCPC registered Psychologists (Clinical/Occupational/Counselling) and/or BABCP (British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy) accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapists. When a client requires a counselling or psychodynamic approach, this may be carried out with a clinician with UKCP or BACP accreditation.
All our Psychologists and Therapists:
All casework is supervised by our Clinical Team of four Clinical Psychologists, who provide advice/training on clinical matters. We also carry out regular clinical audit of outcomes and consumer satisfaction.
All Psychologists and Therapists are experienced in risk management and safeguarding procedures. All adverse events are investigated, and appropriate action taken to prevent recurrence.
