Clinical Lead
Dr Alison Hoskins, Clinical Psychologist, , Consultant Clinical Psychologist is the Clinical Director of PLE Health. Alison has worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the field of mental health for nearly 30 years and now enjoys working with PLE Health’s 1500 clinicians to provide professional and governance psychological treatment to the personal injury, insurance, healthcare and EAP sectors. Alison loves working as part of the PLE Health team where she gets involved in all aspects of the team from developing a bespoke clinician/ customer portal, conducting training sessions and contributing to our Advisory Board. In her free time, Alison is a competitive dinghy sailor and member of a singing group.
Operations Director
Andrew Osborne, is the Operations Director of PLE Health. He has over
20 years of experience in business management in retail and healthcare
services. He oversees customer accounts, financial budgets, HR issues as well
as the day-to-day company operation. He believes in delivering great outcomes
for customers and clients, always striving to exceed their expectations. As an
effective team leader, Andrew works tirelessly to get the best out of the
people he manages, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Additionally, Andrew is a valued member of our Advisory Board. When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys planning his next trip somewhere sunny, always looking forward to the next adventure.
Clinical Operations Manager
Lance Jukes, Clinical Operations Manager. Joined PLE after 10 years of working in the NHS in clinical leadership roles, from managing an Emergency Department to heading a patient safety team. He oversees the clinical and operations teams, monitoring workload, staffing, and troubleshooting any problems they may have. His other responsibilities include assessing and monitoring risk and safeguarding ensuring a robust safety plan and appropriate follow up is in place for those identified. He also supports member / clients with concerns or dissatisfaction queries and deputises for the Operations Director when required. When not in work he can often be found being dragged across fields and hills in Wiltshire by 2 Labradors.
