ADMINISTRATOR

PLE Health is a leading provider of psychological services nationwide to both the legal and health insurance sectors.

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as Operational Administrator to help support the day-to-day business of our site at New Mills, Chestnut lane, Stroud.

Role Summary:

  • To assist the Operational team in ensuring that PLE Health maintains and improves upon the day-to-day operations.
  • To assist the Operational Team in processing cases, and processing invoices on multiple platforms.
  • Building relationships with customers and psychologists/therapists and providers to ensure smooth flow of ongoing work and collaborative relationship.
  • Assist in regularly updating documents ensuring both the qualifications and legal documentation of our clinicians are up-to-date and maintained.
  • Updating of internal documents.

Key tasks: To carry out routine operational tasks related to cases including but not limited to:

  • Respond to queries from instructing parties and clients.
  • Plan and confirm appointment details with clinicians.
  • Receive and monitor case updates from clinicians.
  • Logging DNAs
  • Chase status of on-hold cases following DNA or clients not responding.
  • Collate medical records required for assessments.
  • Obtain consents for Subject Access Requests.
  • Call clients and make arrangements for appointments as and when required
  • Call members on healthcare referrals regarding excess payments and process payments as and when required
  • Providing some necessary operational functions, including dealing with telephone enquiries, emails and post to the office regarding new and ongoing cases.
  • Inputting new cases to database and sending out instructions to Psychologists/therapists.
  • Chase responses from psychologists in order to comply with service standards.
  • To prepare CVs and information for addition to database or onward transmission.
  • To keep track of Psychologists/ therapists legal documents and ensure they continue to be kept up to date.
  • To input financial information to the database, where appropriate.
  • To develop a sound understanding of the role of Psycholegal Experts/PLE Health within the medico-legal and treatment fields and the services that can be offered to clients.

The ideal qualities we are looking for is someone resourceful with drive, determination and enthusiasm, who will enjoy and flourish working as part of an exciting team. We encourage initiative and being able to work independently as well as in a team.

The post would suit someone with experience in administration or skills related to customer services. A general interest in mental health and psychology would be beneficial. Perhaps someone who has cmplete A levels or a degree but hasnt used it since gaining the qualification.

  • Problem-solving / decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn new bespoke CRM systems
  • Confidence with phone and written communications with a good eye for detail
